Today, Knowby already supports hyperlinking to any document from within a step, so you can link out to files stored in SharePoint, Google Drive, or wherever your team keeps them. We're now working on the next step: the ability to add documents like PDFs directly to a step without needing to host them on a third-party system first, so everything lives natively within Knowby.
