Move/add [+ Add step] button at bottom of steps creation window

To add a step between steps the button is in an ideal position, close to the media box and step text. To add a new step at the bottom i have to move right over to the RHS of the window….

After the bottom step can we have the button moved (or add additional button) as this is typically where my mouse is located and matches the other ‘add step’ button positions
